Commercial painting for new construction and remodels. Contractors will be required to work from 7 AM to 3:30 PM with some room for overtime if they need to work more to complete a specific project. Projects are typically within 25 miles of headquarters and they will be required to drive themselves to project each day.
Brush and Roll painting experience is a must have! Candidates with experience in commercial painting will have this which is why the 5+ years of commercial painting is preferred. They will look at candidates with 3+ years if candidate is perfect in everything else. According to client, candidates that have inconsistent resumes will be a red flag because "there is plenty of painting work in the Rochester are for people to have jobs so they must be inconsistent for a reason".
